WIT'S MISSION is to unleash the creative power of improv in DC.

Do you have experience unleashing? Maybe you have qualities that would make you an excellent accomplice in unleashing. Qualities like: fun, smarts, helpfulness, and nobility of spirit. Those are all good ones. Throw in some mad skills, or the desire to pick some up, and there's probably something you could do with WIT.

Every move we make relies on the smoothly synchronized actions of a vast team of operatives at every strata of society in Washington and beyond. WIT Operatives assist in stage and box office management, marketing and community outreach, press relations, accounting, program logistics, film production and coordination, and other enterprises as they arise.
