The teams have gathered. The tournament is upon us. This spring, many will fall... but a FIST will rise.

Welcome to the Tournament of the Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament (FIST). Three-player teams do battle in a single-elimination style test of improv mettle where the audience determines who lives to fight another day. The action is fast. The tension is high. The consequences are severe... win your match and move on to the next round. Lose your match, and there's no road back but the one paved in shame.

This year, WIT has broadened the competition, resulting in three times the action and a lethal variety of fighting styles. Tomorrow's masters will step in to the ring today, as members of WIT's Improv Training Program face off against some of the most talented improvisers from around the beltway. The survivors of those showdowns will stand toe to toe with the hosts of the tournament, WIT's own player teams.
