WIT SHOWS | onesixtyone

Everybody loves a good movie right?

Sure, your definition of "good" might be radically different from the next guy's, but seriously- remember that one scene? With the killer? Or that car chase? With the semi? Or that one shot... the one in the rain with the camera overhead? Damn, right?

We know how you feel. We love movies. Love 'em. Fact is, onesixtyone may be the world's biggest fans of the movies. We love watching 'em, talking about 'em... hell we dig 'em so much we built a whole stage show around 'em. It's that bad.

Each night, we'll take you through a full 90 minutes worth of movie in one third of the time. You give us the idea, we'll put it up on the Flashpoint stage in all its technicolor glory. Hey, if we're lucky, we might even get in to a festival or two... it's the movies, after all. Anything can happen.

WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT ONESIXTYONE

(The 4.15.06 show) was pee-my-pants funny. So many excellent ideas were spun out in the first beat, I was sorry to know that some of them would be left behind (i.e. Dave as "Bachelor #2"). But Brian & Mike's recurring characters ("Hello, Andrew") were spot on. A really great, loose and inspired show. This one's a keeper; I'd love to get a copy of the video.
